Description
This is a 2009 Porsche Cayman S finished in black paint (paint code: 041). This Cayman was sold new in Canfield, Ohio and is a US-spec vehicle. It was subsequently imported to Canada by a dealership in Toronto where it was then sold to the previous owner and relocated to Calgary, AB. The current seller acquired it approximately 2 years ago and has added only approximately 800 kms under his ownership period. The Cayman is offered for sale privately and it is currently located in Calgary and registered with a (Normal) status in Alberta, Canada.
Factory highlights include black full-leather interior, BiXenon headlights with dynamic cornering, the sport Chrono package plus and 19” Carrera S wheels.
For US buyers this Cayman can be re-imported to the USA duty-free as it was sold new there. No modifications will need to be completed in order to register it any state as it is US-spec DOT and EPA compliant.
The 2009 Model year Cayman was the first to incorporate the PDK (Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe) transmission, which is Porsche’s take on a modern dual clutch transmission. Shift times are reduced significantly over the Tiptronic transmission that equipped prior Cayman generations.
The upgraded optioned 19” Porsche silver finished wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. These tires measure 235/35ZR19 on the front and 265/35ZR19 on the rear. The seller mentions these tires were placed approximately 10k-kms ago.
