Highlights of the European specification 964 turbo’s include sleeker euro-spec bumpers and exterior lighting. The included Carfax report shows no history of any accidents or claims. It is currently registered in the province of Quebec, Canada with an active and (Normal) status.
For US bidders, this 911 is directly importable without modification as it is EPA & DOT exempt being greater than 25 years old. For more information on transport/import please visit our Transport/Import page here.
This 964 was specially optioned with the X33 powerkit that increased the horsepower from factory by +35, bringing total output to 355hp at the crank. This 964 has been equipped with genuine Speedline wheels measuring 8″ and 9.5″ in width and were optional equipment for 964-generation 911s. These wheels have been wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S-02A tires measuring 25/40ZR18 in the front and 265/35/ZR18 in the rear.
The brakes on this Turbo have bee upgraded to larger red-painted calipers in the front and rear. The paint is said to be original on the car without any known history of repaints.
The 964 turbo is the second 911 turbo generation and it is characterized by wide sweeping rear quarter panels paired with the classic 911 front end and iconic dual headlights that extend from the front fenders.
The interior of the 964 was spec’d to pair with the blue exterior while choosing cobalt blue full leather interior upholstery. A bolt in roll cage has been added for chassis rigidity and driver safety. The cage has been upholstered and wrapped in the matching interior leather as well.
The single din radio has been removed in favour of a more driver focused feel with a block-off plate. The airbag equipped four-spoke steering wheel fronts a set of five analog gauges featuring an 8k-rpm tachometer and a 300kph speedometer. The odometer reads approx. 136k-km which is believed to be the original mileage.
Powering the 964 Turbo is a 3.3L Horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine. This 964 has been lightly modified with the addition of a custom intercooler and shroud. Undercarriage photos, various documents, and a receipt from VAG motorsports showing results from a recent compression test are all included in the gallery below. The compression test showed healthy with results between 130-135psi across all cylinders.
