Description
This is a 2003 Lotus Elise finished in Graphite Gray paint (Paint code: B-122). The seller imported this Elise from Japan approximately two years ago. This Elise is currently registered in the province of Alberta, Canada with an active and (Normal) registration status and has only ever been registered in Alberta. The Elise shows just over 66k-kms (41K-miles) on its digital odometer.

In October 2021, a comprehensive engine reseal was carried out, involving the installation of an upgraded head gasket, updated head bolts, and a strengthened girdle. The vehicle also received fresh fluids, new belts, spark plugs, wires, a timing belt, water pump, and clutch during this maintenance.
The car is finished in Graphite Gray and features a removable hard top, a vented hood, a mono-wiper and the exterior is said to be all original with original paint as well. Some imperfections on the front bumper and side skirt have been noted are included in the imperfections category of the gallery. The 16″ and 17″ eight-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires in the front measuring 175/35/16 and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires in the rear measuring 225/4/17. The car is equipped with Bilstein dampers, and braking is handled by ventilated and cross-drilled discs with AP Racing and Brembo calipers paired with stainless steel brake lines. The dry weight of the 2001 Elise is rated at 1,563lbs.
The interior is trimmed in black leather, Alcantara and carbon fiber wrap protecting the door sills. The original passenger seat remains in place while the original driver seat has been replaced with a Corbeau fixed position racing seat trimmed in black fabric with contrasting white stitching. The Elise features AC and a Bluetooth stereo. The headliner has been re-done in black cloth as well.
A quick release OMP steering wheel has been fitted with an OEM Lotus Horn which fronts a dual gauge cluster with an 8k-rpm tach on the left and a 240kph speedometer on the right. The digital odometer shows just over 66k-kms. Green floor mats front an all-aluminium pedal box assembly. Interior amenities include manual windows, climate control, and headlight controls.
Powering the Elise is a 1.8L inline four-cylinder engine sending power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. An aftermarket cold air intake has been added which is fed outside air through custom ducting originating in the passenger side quarter panel.
