Description
This special edition 2022 Aston Martin Vantage F1 Coupe is a derivative of the safety car used in the Formula 1 events for the 2022 race year. The dealer invoice (pictured in the gallery below) states the car was bought new in December 2021 for a total purchase price of $238,645. The car was delivered to Aurora, Ontario, Canada. The car retains its factory warranty. The vantage is currently registered in the sellers name and it is registered in Ontario with an active and (Normal) status. The vantage is now offered here for a private sale by the original owner.

Painted in a Satin-finish Aston Martin Racing Green with a black graphic stripe, optioned with the body colored rear diffuser. A full-width rear wing is combined with an aggressive aero package that includes front splitter, dive planes, and diffuser delivering an additional 200kg of added downforce at top speed. An extruded bonded aluminium body structure is balanced to a 50:50 weight distribution totalling 1,570 kilograms with the 73 litre gas tank dry.
The F1 edition features a track tuned steering rack, negative camber of the front wheels increased from 0.5 degree to 1.0 degree, stiffer suspension all around, and added lateral dampers between the transaxle and subframe to isolate movement for added stability. A silver strut cross brace further firms things up. A rear LED tail lamp extends the fill width of the car. The exterior of the Vantage is protected by dealer installed Stone guard essentials paint protection film.
21" matte black wheels are wrapped in Pirelli P Zeros measuring 255/35ZR in the front and 295/30ZR in the rear. An acceleration of 0-62mph in 3.6 seconds to a top speed of 195mph is brought to a stop with 400mm ventilated two-piece cast iron brakes in the front, and ventilated Co-Cast 360mm discs in the rear.
Inside the cabin of the Vantage F1 are leather and fabric seats, accented by bright-yellow stripes and stitching. A grey alcantara and black leather steering wheel frame the digital gauges. The digital odometer shows just over 200-kms from new (124-miles). An optional alcantara headliner tops things off. Push button automatic controls lead up to the centre console's 8.0" LCD Infotainment screen. Other equipment includes an integrated garage door opener, an Aston Martin Premium Audio system, and the optional Touch Pad infotainment input.
The Mercedes-AMG sourced 4.0-liter twin Turbo V8 with Water-to-Air charge cooling is hand assembled in Warwickshire England. Delivering a maximum horsepower of 527 at 6,000 rpm and 505 lb-ft of torque at 2,000 rpm with a 7,000 rpm rev-limiter. CNC machined combustion chambers are gated with variable timing quad overhead camshafts, operating at a compression ratio of 10.5:1. The stainless steel exhaust terminates in matte black quad outlets and has an electronically actuated "active exhaust mode" providing a deeper and more dynamic note. Power is delivered to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic housing and electronic-limited-slip transaxle, controlled by column mounted shift paddles.
