Description

This is a 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo of the 997 Generation finished in Basalt black metallic (paint code: Z4) combined with a two-tone black and Terracotta leather interior. This 911 is a US-spec example that was sold new during 2008 in Illinois, USA. As per the included Carfax, it was then imported to Canada by the second owner in May of 2009 and registered in the province of Alberta where it has remained since. The current private seller is the fourth owner, and it is registered in their name with an active and (Normal) registration status. The Carfax lists no accidents or insurance claims throughout the vehicle’s history.

For US buyers this 911 can be re-imported to the USA duty-free. A copy of the original Wisconsin title is also included in the sale. As per the DOT and emission stickers, this 911 compiles with all USA safety and emission standards. For more information on transport/import please visit our Transport/Import page here.

The exterior of the 997 features bi-xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a powered sunroof, polished stainless steel exhaust tips and a speed activated rear spoiler. The exterior of the 911 is said to be free of any modification and in original condition. The seller mentions the 911 was equipped with paint protection film since new but it was recently removed to polish, correct and protect the paint with a Ceramic coating. An associated invoice for this work is included in the gallery. A small paint chip in the front bumper is noted along with minor scuffs in the front lip. All four wheels are said to be free of any curb rash. Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R tires wrap the rear wheels measuring 305/30R19 while Potenza’s wrap the front wheels measuring 235/35R19.

Dual-slatted rear fender vents are featured on the Turbo and GT2 series 997’s that feed air into the dual-mirrored intercoolers.

The Sport Chrono Package allows the Turbo to over boost for up to 10 seconds, increasing peak rated torque to 505 ft-lb. The three-spoke leather wrapped steering wheel fronts a multifunctional analog/digital cluster with a 200-mph speedometer and an 9k-rpm tachometer. The digital centre screen is toggleable between mph and kph. The odometer shows just over 50k-miles or 80k-kms. An integrated Bluetooth kit has been installed to the 997 along with a Passport SRX laser and radar detection/jammer system. For recent service the seller mentions an oil change and cabin filter replacement were completed within the last 100-kms along with a visual inspection for leaks, in which none were found. The seller also had the undercarriage dry ice cleaned in preparation for sale. Extensive service history is included in the gallery below.
