This is a 2006 BMW E46 M3 Coupe finished in Carbon Schwarz metallic (paint code: 416) over a black nappa leather interior. 2006 was the final year for the E46 M3 and this particular example was modified at Dinan to become a serial numbered “S” Signature series car, this being number S04039, as per the plaque in the centre console. The selling dealer mentions that prior to his acquisition, it was a one owner car from new, spending most of its time in Alberta until he purchased it and it was registered in British Columbia. The included Carfax report shows no history of any accidents or insurance claims.

The Dinan “S” package includes a Dinan strut brace, Dinan muffler, Dinan short shifter, Dinan 3.90 axle ratio, Dinan pedal covers, and previously installed Dinan springs and air intake.
The exterior features 19” three-piece, forged Work VS-XX wheels that are wrapped in Continental Extreme contact sport tires, measuring 275/30ZR19 in the front and 285/30/R19 in the rear. Behind these light-weight wheels, the brakes have been upgraded with an Alcon Big brake kit, consisting of 14.4 inch front rotors with 6 piston calipers and 13.5 inch rear rotors with 4 piston calipers. Since the sellers acquisition, he has spent approx. $14k on upgrading the M3 further including upgrading the steering rack to a new BMW Z4M coupe rack. This decreased the ratio from 14.5 to 12.8 which makes the steering half a turn quicker, and slightly quicker than an E46 M3 CSL.
Further a MCS 2 way non-remote coilover kit with Ground Control camber plates was installed, an OS Giken multi plate limited slip differential was installed, and a new OEM battery, a Rogue engineering clutch and brake pedal bushings were installed. The seller mentions that most of the original parts will accompany the sale including the original Dinan intake, the BMW intake manifold, OEM swaybars, OEM suspension, Dinan springs, stock lower grill, the OEM brakes calipers (front and back), and the OEM rear differential.
The cabin is finished in black Nappa leather with Titan Shadow trim on the dashboard, center console and door cards. Notable options include the cold weather package which includes heated seats and a rear ski-bag, powered seats, a powered sunroof and a Harmon Kardon sound system complete the interior. A 3D Design triple gauge package was professionally installed to keep an eye on boost pressure, air intake temps, and oil pressure. Turning this E46 M3 up to ~11 is a ESS VT2-500 intercooled Supercharger kit that was professionally installed at Tunerworks in Calgary and was paired with supersprint V1 headers and stainless front-pipe. The supercharger kit is rated at 500HP and 340lb-ft of torque at the crank and most owners report approx. 460 rear wheel hp while on the dyno.
