This is a 1971 Toyota Celica ST 5-speed finished in Scandanavian sky paint (paint code 803) which is believed to be original. This Celica is a US spec vehicle that was delivered new to Big 2 Olds & Toyota in Mesa, Arizona in 1971. The seller has complete documentation for the history of the Celica including the original bill of sale from the first owner. The bill of sale shows a purchase price of $3649.77 USD and is dated October 27th 1971. The original door tag is included as well and shows the vin number and other inscriptions. This Celica ST is offered for sale privately and it is currently registered in British Columbia, Canada. Being an original US-spec vehicle, this Celica could be re-imported into the US free of duties. The seller mentions he has owned this Celica for 10 years and has mainly stored it as he mentions he has only driven it approximately 100km during this period. The seller mentions the Celica runs and drives however requires a major tune-up to be considered daily-drivable.

This Celica is equipped with mesh style wheels that measure 13” at all four corners. At the front the wheels are wrapped in BF Goodrich Euro T/A tires measuring 175/50/R13 and on the rear Luna SF-330 Eager tires measure 215/50R13. The seller that the believes the driver side fender was repainted under a prior ownership. The seller notes rock chips, dents and cracks in the dashboard. The seller notes surface rust on the body and undercarriage.

The interior is trimmed in a black and blue theme with black vinyl on the door cards and dashboard as well as blue vinyl seats w/cloth inserts designed in a “Navajo” pattern. The center console and dash have burl wood grain inserts and blue-faced analog clock is mounted behind the leather wrapped shift knob. An AM/FM radio is mounted beneath a triple gauge cluster that provides readings for Fuel, coolant temp, oil pressure and battery voltage.
The wood trimmed three spoke steering wheel fronts a mechanical gauge cluster showing an 8000rpm tachometer at the left and 120 mph speedometer on the right. This Celica shows just over 18.3k miles on the odometer. True mileage is unknown.
Power is sent from the 1.9L inline four engine through a 5-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels. Exhaust is expelled through a single-tip muffler exhaust system.
