Description
This is a one-owner 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG finished in Obsidian Black metallic paint (paint code: 197) over a two-tone MB Exclusive Beige/Black leather interior. The SLS is offered on consignment by the selling dealer and it was purchased new by the original owner in Calgary, AB at the Lonestar Mercedes-Benz dealership. The included Carfax report shows no history of any accidents or insurance claims. The SLS is currently registered in the province of Alberta with a (Normal) and active registration status. Factory highlights of the options on this SLS include the carbon interior package, the Carbon exterior package, the exclusive leather interior, a Bang & Olufsen audio system, and dual-zone automatic climate control.

The exterior of the SLS coupe features gullwing style doors which is a callback to the original 300SL Gullwing. The SLS features a speed-activated rear spoiler that deploys at 120kph (75mph). Other notable exterior features include bi-xenon headlamps with washers, front and rear parking sensors, Carbon fiber mirror trim, and functional hood/fender vents. The entire exterior of the SLS is protected with 3M protection film. Exhaust is expelled out of a true-dual exhaust system with dual mufflers and trapezoid-shaped chrome exhaust tips.
The wheels on the SLS are a staggered-width fitment with 19” wheels in the front and 20” in the rear. The wheels are forged aluminum AMG wheels finished in a polished/gunmetal paint finish. The tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2’s measuring 265/35ZR19 in the front and 295/30ZR020 in the rear.
The interior is trimmed in a MB exclusive design with two-tone Beige/black leather on the seats, centre console and dashboard. The carbon fiber interior trim package includes large carbon plates on the door sills and the centre console.
This SLS was optioned with the 1,000-watt Bang & Olufsen performance sound system with eleven loudspeakers and sound distribution preference. Further interior trimmings include a leather wrapped steering wheel and an Alcantara headliner.
The three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel fronts a dual-pod gauge cluster with a 360kph speedometer to the left and a 9k-rpm tachometer to the right. The digital display found in the centre shows just over 23k-kms (14k-miles) and no warning lights. The original owner’s manual documents are included in the sale along with a copy of a recent inspection report.
Powering the SLS is a hand-assembled 6.2-liter M159 DOHC V8 engine. The engine wears a plaque showing the name of the builder that assembled this engine specifically. Power from the V8 is sent to the rear wheels via a Seven-Speed Dual-Clutch Transmission and a limited-slip differential.
