This is a 1989 Jaguar XJS finished in Arctic Blue (paint code #337) over a blue leather interior. This 2-door luxury grand tourer is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. This vehicle is currently registered in Quebec with apx. 75K-miles reading on the odometer. The Jaguar XJS was produced by the British manufacturer from 1975 to 1996, with 115,413 units released in that time. It was developed using the XJ saloon platform, but was modified for improved aerodynamics. This selling dealer has owned this XJS for approximately four months, adding 1000 kms in that time. Maintenance invoices, keys, and the car’s original radio are included in the sale.

This UK coupe rides on 15” basket weave chrome plated alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli P600 tires, 235/60R15 all around. Stopping power is provided by 4-wheel ABS disc brakes. Chrome inserts line the top of the black bumpers, and the cars dual headlights and windows are also surrounded in chrome. Jaguar and V12 badging is centre on the hood and grille, and XJS and V12 script badges are mounted beneath the trunk lid.
Heated chrome mirrors are found on either side, the car’s antenna is powered, and it has dual exhaust outlets. The Jaguar XJS is 192 inches long, 48 inches high, and 71 inches wide, with a 102 inch wheelbase and a curb weight of 4,040 lbs.
The blue Barley leather upholstery found inside this XJS is complemented by matching carpets and burled elm inserts on the dash, console, and door panels. The car is equipped with automatic climate control, heated seats with lumbar support, and a Panasonic aftermarket stereo - the stereo being the car’s sole modification, according to the seller. Power locking doors, a tilt steering wheel, cruise control, a trip computer, power windows, and a rear window defogger are standard equipment on the XJS.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160 mph speedometer and a 6,500 rpm redline tachometer, along with auxiliary gauges and a six-digit odometer. Steering is a rack and pinion design.
This RWD Jaguar XJS is powered by a Lucas fuel injected 5.3-liter SOHC 24-valve V12 mated to a 3-speed automatic TH400 transmission and a limited-slip differential. This transmission is an all-aluminium alloy case with an integrated non-detachable bell housing. The XJS’ high efficiency engine has a claimed top speed of 230 km/hr and a zero-to-60 of 7.6 seconds. It came factory rated at 262 horsepower with 290 lb-ft of torque. Its fully independent suspension utilises coil springs at all four corners.
