This is a 2004 BMW M3 finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (paint code #354) over a black leather interior. This E46 M3 is powered by a 3.2-litre DOHC inline-six cylinder 24-valve engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Equipment highlights include the ZPP Premium Package, Dynamic Stability Control with M variable differential lock, heated front seats, a multifunction M Sport steering wheel, Park Distance Control, remote entry, and a Harmon/Kardon sound system. This M3 is currently registered in Ontario with approx. 119K-kms and a clean and (Normal) status. This US spec model E46 M3 was imported to Canada in 2019. Modifications include a Dinan short shifter kit, VMR VB3 CSL-style wheels, and Bilstein shocks and struts. Two keys and service records are included in the sale.

M3 specific fender vents and chrome kidney grilles are framed by Xenon headlights and foglights, and the trunk lid has a colour-matched lip spoiler. The car is further equipped with powered and heated mirrors, tinted windows, and interval wipers. 18” VMR VB3 CSL-style wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, sized 225/45ZR18 in the front and 255/40ZR18 in the rear. These tires, along with Ventila brake discs and pads were installed in 2021. The BMW M3 measures 177 inches long, 70 inches wide, and 54 inches high, with a 107 inch wheelbase. A Carfax has been included in the gallery and reports no accidents or insrance claims, though the seller mentions the rear quarter panel and deck lid were repainted in late 2019. Some minor chips and scratches are evident on the hood, wheels, and rocker panels, all visible in the gallery. This M3 was optioned new with an SMG-transmission and was converted to a 6-speed manual transmission. The gearbox is actually the same unit for both the SMG and Manual E46 M3's. The conversion mainly involves the removal/replacement of the SMG shifter mechanism, pump and the installation of the clutch pedal.
The interior is upholstered in black leather with Alcantara suede on the shifter surround and brushed aluminium trim on the dash. This M3 is equipped with the ZPP Premium Package, which includes a multi-function wheel, powered front seats with lumbar and thigh support, rain-sensing wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a moonroof. M3 badging is found on the carpets, shifter knob and resin coated door sills, and a Dinan short shifter kit has been installed along with the 6-speed manual transmission swap. An M badged leather-wrapped wheel commands the M3 with multi-functional controls including cruise control, voice command, volume controls, and more. This fronts an analog instrumentation panel with a 300 km/hr speedometer and fuel level indicator to the left, a 9K rpm tachometer and temperature gauge to the right, and an orange illuminated digital display below. The original US-spec cluster is included in the sale. Steering is a speed-sensitive rack and pinion design. Comfort, convenience and entertainment features include a trip computer, automatic climate control, powered one-touch windows, illuminated entry, and a Harman Kardon 10-speaker sound system wired to a modified Eonon GM5150 touchscreen head unit.
The M3 is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.2-litre DOHC inline-six engine with 4 valves per cylinder, designated the S54B32 by BMW. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. The S54B32 engine features dual Vanos camshafts and individual throttle bodies for each cylinder inside an intake plenum with an M emblem. The S54B32 is rated at 333 horsepower at 7,900 rpm and 262 lb-ft of torque at 4,900 rpm when new. The seller notes that this M3 has new Bilstein shocks and struts, along with H&R Sport springs, and service documentation in the gallery shows a new clutch switch installed at apx. 116K km in 2021. The seller also mentions that the engine oil and filter were changed apx. 1600 km ago.
