Description
Presented here is a 2001 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante, propelled by a 5.9-liter V12 engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Its exterior is finished in Mendip blue, while the interior showcases Kestrel Tan leather upholstery. Notable features include 18" wheels, a rear decklid spoiler, dual exhaust outlets, heated front seats, air conditioning, and a Kenwood Bluetooth stereo.
Originally sold in Florida, the car was later imported to Canada by the current seller in 2018. It was involved in two minor collisions, resulting in a rebuilt title in Florida. Upon importation and registration in Alberta, the car acquired an active and normal registration status.
The Mendip blue exterior of the car highlights fog lights, fender vents, a rear decklid spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. A matching blue soft top is also featured on the Volante variant. Detailed images of the paint, trim, and imperfections can be found in the gallery.
The factory ten-spoke 18" wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, with measurements of 245/40 in the front and 265/35 in the rear. Braking duties are carried out by cross-drilled rotors paired with black Aston Martin-branded calipers at each corner.
Inside the cabin, the wood- and leather-trimmed three-spoke steering wheel faces a tachometer with a redline at 7,000 rpm, a 200-mph speedometer, and gauges for fuel level, battery voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows a reading of 59k-miles. As a US-spec vehicle, the cluster primarily displays miles per hour (MPH), with kilometers per hour (kph) shown digitally on the odometer and mechanically on the speedometer. The Kestrel Tan leather upholstery extends throughout the seating surfaces, door panels, center console, and dashboard. Additional interior features include burl wood trim, heated and power-adjustable front seats, air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedal covers, and a Kenwood Bluetooth stereo.
Powering the DB7 is a 5.9-liter V12 engine, delivering 414 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque when it was new. The power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Recent service records indicate over $10k+ CAD spent on various areas of the DB7, including new tires and a clutch replacement carried out last year.
