This is a 2004 E46 M3 coupe with a 6-speed manual transmission and it is finished in Mystic Blue metallic paint (code: A07). This M3 is offered for sale privately by the seller and it is currently located in Beaumont, Quebec. It is currently registered in Quebec with a (Normal) status.
As per the included Carfax, this M3 is a US-spec vehicle and was sold new in New York, USA. It remained in the US until it was imported under a previous ownership in 2008. It was then registered in Ontario upon import and then registered in Quebec the following year and remained registered in Quebec till present day. Being an original US vehile, it can be re-imported to the US duty-free.
Highlights of the factory equipment include Xenon headlights, heated and power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, a Harman/Kardon premium sound system, a ski bag, the cold weather package and a power sunroof.
The exterior of the M3 is finished in Mystic Blue metallic paint and the seller mentions the exterior was recently polished and detailed. The exterior was further restored with new lower window seals and new side-window seals.
The original wheels have been replaced in favor of CMWheels “CSL” style quartz silver 19” wheels. The seller mentions that the Michelin Pilot sport 4S tires are new and measure 235/35ZR19 in the front and 265/30ZR19 in the rear. In 2004 BMW updated the E46 M3 with LED-taillights and various other subtle improvements. The body features M3-speciifc fender vents with "M3" emblems, an OEM trunk lip spoiler, fog lights, and a true-quad polish tipped muffler. The seller mentions the front bumper as also refinished to take care of rock chips that collected over the years. The seller mentions that a recent service was completed included a new clutch, engine mounts, driveshaft guibo/flex disk, Oil change, control arm bushings, Vanos filter, etc.
The cabin is finished in black Nappa leather with Titan shadow trim on the dashboard, center console and door cards. The interior features an illuminated leather shift-knob, heated sport-seats and a premium Harman Kardon stereo.
An “M” leather-wrapped wheel with tri-color “M” stitching steers the M3 and it is multi-functional with cruise control, voice command, volume controls etc. The digital dash has a 180mph/300 kph speedometer and the odometer indicates just over 179k-kms.
The seller mentions that the cupholder was recently replaced with a new genuine BMW part to freshen-up the interior. The included carfax shows one accident occuring in 2009 to the front-left corner of the vehicle, that was repaired through insurance.
Powering the M3 is a 3.2-litre inline 6-cylinder naturally aspirated engine. Mated to the S54B32 engine is a 6-speed manual gearbox. The head of the engine features variable valve-timing technology (named VANOS), it also has independent throttle bodies for each cylinder.
The engine is said to have no modifications and is in stock-form. The seller mentions that a recent oil change was completed.
