Description
This 2005 Honda Rune is a limited-production motorcycle inspired by the contemporary Valkyrie, originally purchased new by the seller in Calgary, AB, Canada. It is finished in Bloodstone Red Metallic with chrome accents and is powered by a 1,832cc SOHC flat-six engine paired with a five-speed transmission and an enclosed driveshaft.
The motorcycle features a digital instrument display, LED taillights, a black Corbin leather seat, a trailing-link fork, and a Unit Pro-Link linkage with a monoshock. Additional highlights include a single-sided swingarm, chrome-plated 18″ and 17″ alloy wheels, triple Nissin disc brakes, electronic fuel injection, and a six-into-two exhaust system. The Rune is offered by the private seller with a clean Alberta registration in the seller’s name.

The bike showcases a Bloodstone Red Metallic finish and an aluminum twin-spar frame. It is equipped with a black Corbin leather seat, a 6.1-gallon fuel tank, a chrome engine guard, and a side stand. The lighting package includes dual headlights housed in a triangular color-keyed bucket with a chrome visor, chrome turn signals, and a pair of vertical LED taillight strips integrated into the rear fender. The five-spoke aluminum wheels measure 18″ at the front and 17″ at the rear, fitted with Dunlop D251 tires. The suspension system consists of a chrome trailing-link fork and a single-sided swingarm connected to a Unit Pro-Link linkage and a remote-reservoir monoshock.
Braking is provided by dual Nissin three-piston calipers on cross-drilled rotors at the front and a two-piston Nissin caliper with a cross-drilled rotor at the rear. The tubular chrome handlebars feature matching controls, grips, and mirrors.
A digital screen housed in a chrome console atop the fuel tank displays a speedometer, a fuel-level readout, and a pair of trip meters. The digital odometer shows approximately 2.7k kilometers (1.6k miles), all under current ownership. While a Corbin leather seat is currently installed, the original seat is included in the sale and is pictured in the gallery.
The liquid-cooled 1,832cc SOHC flat-six engine features two valves per cylinder, electronic fuel injection, and a chrome six-into-two exhaust system. Factory-rated output is 118 horsepower and 120 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheel through a hydraulically actuated clutch, a five-speed transmission, and a driveshaft enclosed within the swingarm.
