Description
This is a 2006 BMW Z4 M Coupe finished in Sapphire black Metallic Paint (paint code: 475) over a Sepang-Brown leather upholstered interior. This Z4 M is 1 of 1,815 examples produced for the North American market. This example is currently registered in the province of Alberta with an active and (Normal) registration status. The included Carfax report shows no history of any accidents or insurance claims and shows registration records in the provinces of British Columbia/Alberta and the state of Texas since sold new. Factory highlights include “M” embossed head rests, a navigation and infotainment pop-up system and door cards/center console trimmed in Sepang leather and faux carbon fiber trim.

The exterior is finished in Sapphire black Metallic Paint (code: 475) and the body is said to be free modifications. Paint is believed to be original on all panels. The exhaust is expelled via an aftermarket Eisenmann mid-pipe that is connected to the original quad chrome-tipped muffler. Xenon headlights aim out the front which are paired with a pop-out headlight washing system and illuminated BMW badges are mirrored on both fenders.
The Z4 is equipped with 18″ Style 224M alloy wheels that are wrapped in Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 tires measuring 225/45 ZR18 in the front and 255/40 ZR18 in the rear. These wheels have the original silver finish and feature small "M" badges near the center caps. Stopping power is provided by the same brakes that equipped the E46 M3 competition. This includes floating 2-piece rotors in the front and rear.
Undercarriage pictures are included in the gallery below. The seller mentions a small dent above the rear passenger arch and only minor rock chips on the front end in-line with the mileage. The interior is upholstered in Sepang-Brown leather with faux carbon fiber trim on the dashboard and center console. The sports seats are heated and power adjustable with driver side memory function. Close-up pictures of the bolsters are included in the gallery. An aluminum OMP pedal kit overlay has been added along with a new ZHP shift-knob and new “M” embroidered floor mats.
An “M” badged leather-wrapped steering wheel commands the Z4 with multi-functional controls including cruise control, voice command, volume controls, and more. This fronts an analog instrumentation panel with a 180mph / 270 kph speedometer at the center which also displays a fuel level indicator, a 9K rpm tachometer to the right, and a digital display below in the center. The seller mentions the latch for the pop-out thigh support on the driver seat is inoperable.
The Z4 is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.2-litre DOHC inline-six engine with 4 valves per cylinder, designated the S54B32 by BMW. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. The S54B32 engine features dual Vanos camshafts and individual throttle bodies for each cylinder inside an intake plenum with an M emblem. The S54B32 is rated at 333 horsepower at 7,900 rpm and 262 lb-ft of torque at 4,900 rpm when new. The seller mentions recent mechanical services include an engine oil and filter change, transmission fluid change and differential fluid change. Various service records throughout the vehicle’s life have been included in the gallery’s documents section. The seller recently had an inspection completed in April that returned no present issues mechanically.
