Description

This is a 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R V-spec finished in Sonic silver (paint code: KR4). The R34 is wrapped in “Midnight purple super gloss” by Inozetek and the wrap carries a 3-year warranty having been installed on August 13th, 2021. The R34 is located in Edmonton, AB and is offered for sale privately by the seller. The Skyline is currently registered in Alberta, Canada with a (Normal) status. The Skyline has had modifications completed stretching from the engine, suspension, exterior and interior. Highlights of the modifications include forged engine internals, an N1 Engine block, Full Endless brake kit, Genuine Nismo Z-tune body parts and a Link G4X ECU with dyno tuning to manage the engine. This GT-R is V-spec package equipped that came with various upgrades over the base GT-R including Xenon headlights, a lower front-bumper splitter, and aluminum hood and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. This GT-R V-Spec is one of 4,193 manufactured in the Victory-specification and one of 514 manufactured with a KR4 exterior and the V-Spec package. The exterior of the GT-R features genuine Nismo Z-Tune front bumper and fenders. The Z-Tune front bumper features widened openings and improved aerodynamics/downforce over the original piece. The Z-tune fenders widen the GT-R by 15mm on each side and feature functional venting passing out and under the mirrors. Nismo Xenon headlights further upgraded the front-end while Nismo smoked side markers complete the lighting in the front. Moving toward the rear, Nismo Side steps are mounted below the Nismo skirts while Nismo carbon fiber garnishes are mounted on the B-pillars. The rear has had Nismo Taillights added along with Superior Auto Carbon fiber rear wing risers and Carbon wing-insert.

Pictures of the extensive wrap process are included in the gallery and it was completed by Posh detailing in Edmonton. New genuine Nissan badges were installed around the car post-wrap. The seller also mentions that the original front bumper and fenders are included in the sale. The undercarriage of the GT-R has also been dry-ice blasted by Sublime surfacing.

Putting the all-wheel-drive power to the ground is a set of 18” Desmond Regamaster Wheels in Super gloss white wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The wheels measure 18x10.5 and the tires are sized 285/35 R18 on all four. Stopping the GT-R is a set of anodized-blue Endless brakes with a 6-pot caliper in the front and a 4-pot caliper at the rear. The kit includes 2-piece rotors with the E-split upgrade and also RF650 brake fluid/Endless stainless brake lines to complete the braking assembly. The suspension has been re-worked and upgraded featuring a HKS Hipermax IV SP coilover system. Other various Nismo bracing and refreshed joints ensuring a tight, refreshed and nimble driving experience. From factory the GT-R features a super HICAS rear-wheel-steering system, which the seller mentions has been refreshed with new tire-rod ends and is in working order.

The cabin features seating for four and the front manually adjustable bucket seats have had Nismo-Leather seat covers added. The Mines Leather/Alcantara wrapped steering wheel fronts an analog cluster with a 10k-rpm tachometer and a 180kph speedometer. The digital odometer shows just over 122k kms (75k-miles). Driving amenities include a 5.8” multifunction display that shows a G-force meter, boost meter (Bar) and various other metrics. Nismo black floor mats have been added along with a new GT-R shift knob, Mines Leather wrapped E-brake handle and armrest cover, new Nissan aluminum pedal covers, new driver’s seat belt, Nismo lighter plug, etc.

A Kenwood double-din radio has been added and it features Bluetooth, navigation and a back-up camera. The seller mentions the GT-R comes with two keys and a remote control for the Kenwood stereo. Powering the GT-R is a 2.6L RB26DETT engine that has been modified professionally and tuned accordingly by Speedtech Development Racing team, King Tune and Precise Engine builders. Highlights of the powertrain upgrades include an N1 block, Garret GT2859R-9 twin-turbos, Wiseco Forged piston set, an ARC intake box, Nismo intake pipe, Nismo Intake manifold, Nismo Intercooler, Tomei Titanium exhaust system, Tomei Poncam, ATI super damper, HKS timing belt, etc. The GT-R was dyno tuned to 470whp and 405lb-ft wheel torque, a Dyno record is included in the gallery below under the documents section.
