Description
This is a 2005 Chevrolet Corvette that is finished in Black gloss paint over a black/cognac leather interior. The exterior is current wrapped in a metallic light blue colour over the original paint. The seller mentions he acquired the Corvette in December 2019 and has added approximately 9000-kms to the digital odometer under his ownership. The C6 is currently located in Edmonton, AB and is registered in Alberta, Canada with an active and (Normal) status. The seller notes one known accident that occurred under a prior ownership with an insurance claim that totalled approximately $6k CAD for replacing a rear quarter panel.

This Corvette sits much lower than the average thanks to an Airtekk air suspension system. The total suspension travel is approximately 4” up and down. This suspension kit can raise and lower the vette in a matter of seconds, and is managed through a fully analog system with two air switches that independently control the front and rear. A pressure gauge is mounted beside the switches to keep an eye on the pressure of each of the air struts. Completing the system is a Viair 450CC compressor. The original rear quarter panels have been replaced in favour of a set of Z06 OEM specification panels to allow for a wider fitment.
The original headlights have been replaced in favour of Morimoto C7 style lights and the side markers/taillights are tinted with removable film. The seller mentions that the original quarter panels, suspension, headlights and 15’ of spare blue wrap are also included in the sale.
The original five-spoke corvette wheels have been painted gloss black. The front wheels are wrapped in Westlake SA-07 tires measuring 245/40ZR18 and Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS tires wrap the rear wheels while measuring 285/35RF19. To the seller’s knowledge, the Vette is free of any mechanical issues or leaks. He mentions recent service including replacing the all brake rotors/pads and a coolant flush approx. 500-kms ago. Other recent service includes a transmission fluid change and periodic oil changes.
The interior is trimmed in black leather and the seller has added cognac leather inserts on the door cards centre console and dashboard. A double-din aftermarket JVC head unit has been added. Passenger amenities include a dual-zone climate control, heated seats and a Bose speaker system.
The Corvette is powered by a 6.0L V8 LS2 engine. The engine is said to be modification-free with the exception of a Hooker Blackheart axle back exhaust system, with the orignal included in the sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission through a rigid torque tube.
