Description
This sign is believed to be an original early 2000’s Porsche dealership sign from one of the dealerships in Ontario. It is regular practice for dealerships to destroy official signage when moving locations, update storefronts or closing dealerships. However, this sign is believed to have gotten away unscathed.
A close-up picture of the Porsche crest helps illustrate the details of this sign. It is constructed with an enameled metal exterior and features a raised Porsche crest. The crest is said to be translucent for powered illumination which allows the crest to glow with a white/gold hue.
The sign is currently not wired for a traditional 120v outlet but the seller mentions that it can be wired to do so.
The seller has mentions he has owned this sign for 8 years. The sign is large and measures 48″ tall x 38.5″ wide x 4″ deep. The seller mentions there are some cosmetic scratches on the backside and the top. Pictures of both are included in the gallery.
A sticker on the side of the sign shows a label from Neon Products Ltd. Which is believed to be the manufacturer who built the sign for the Porsche dealership. The sign is Serial numbered 049772-5.
