Description
This is a 2022 Ducati Diavel 1260 finished in Black Stealth with an alcantara and black stitched seat. It is for sale by dealer and is a one owner bike. The Ducati is currently located in Montreal, Quebec and is registered in Quebec, Canada with an active and (Normal) registration status.
The Ducati has been serviced exclusively at Ducati Montreal and service records are included in the gallery below since new. The included Carfax report shows no history of any accidents or claims in the bikes history since new.
For US bidders, this Ducati is importable after a compliance letter from Ducati USA has been obtained. For more information on transport in Canada/USA and Import, please visit our Transport/Import page here.
The exterior features an LED and day time running headlight, while the frame is constructed with a tubular steel trellis and a cast aluminium subframe.
This Ducati sports Pirelli Diablo Rosso tires measuring 120/70/ZR17 in the front and 240/45ZR17 in the rear. Dual mirrored 2-pot Brembo callipers manage the braking upfront while a single calliper manages the rear.
The wheels front and back are cast anodized black aluminum and add to the menacing look. The engine heat has brought out some beautiful blue’s and purples along the stainless steel headers.
The digital display shows a 10k-rpm horizontally sweeping redline, with a digital gear indicator underneath. The digital odometer shows just over 2k-kms (1.3k-miles) all of which have been added to the bike by the seller. The Ducati features adjustable cruise cruise control mounted on the left grip with menu toggle buttons adjacent.
The alcantara wrapped seat lifts up to reveal a small storage section, a plug-in charger and a toolkit. The bike is manually shifted through a 6-speed transmission with a bi-directional quick-shifter.
The transmission gears are straight cut, giving the bike a motorsport sound and feel. The clutch is a multi-plate wet-clutch with hydraulic actuation and assist/anti-slip functions.
The latest iteration of the Diavel revolves around the Testastretta DVT 1262 engine, embodying a fusion of power, elegance, and refinement. With its impressive 162 hp, it delivers astonishing acceleration and responsiveness, complemented by a smooth and constant torque curve from low rpm for a predictable and manageable performance. The integration of Ride by Wire (RbW) control, coupled with three Riding Modes and three Power Modes, provides the flexibility to tailor the engine's responsiveness to individual preferences. Not only a marvel in terms of mechanics and design, the new Diavel stands out as a genuine road game-changer.
