The first-generation Viper was developed internally at Chrysler under the guidance of Tom Gale. It features composite body panels mounted on a tubular steel space-frame chassis. This particular model is finished in Viper Red (PRN) and comes with a removable hardtop, soft top, and rear window.
Additional exterior features include fog lights, zip-up vinyl side windows, a tonneau cover, a forward-opening clamshell hood, and side-exit exhaust outlets.
The 17" tri-spoke alloy wheels show no signs of curb marks and are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires in sizes 275/40 at the front and 335/35 at the rear, with date codes from 2021.
Inside the cabin, you'll find Quartz leather bucket seats complemented by a matching dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts.
The car is equipped with amenities such as a heater, air conditioning, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo system. The three-spoke steering wheel is wrapped in leather and frames a 300-kph speedometer and a tachometer with a redline set at 6,000 rpm.
Auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and voltage are positioned on top of the center stack. The odometer shows a reading of 29k-kilometers.
Powering the Viper is an 8.0-liter OHV V10 engine, factory-rated at 400 horsepower. This power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
The vehicle also features power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering, four-wheel independent suspension, and four-wheel vented disc brakes with Viper-branded calipers at the front.
