The third generation, or Series 8 (internally designated FD) Mazda RX-7 was produced by the Japanese automaker from 1998 to 2002. Fitted with a high efficiency turbo charger, it also had improved intercooling and radiator cooling made possible by a redesigned front fascia with larger air inlets.
This special 30th Anniversary example has been equipped with a carbon fibre front lip and carbon fibre side skirts for improved aerodynamics.
