Description
This is a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63s AMG finished in Obsidian black metallic (paint code: 197). The entire exterior of the E63 has been protected with Xpel STEALTH matte film, which overlaid on the gloss black paint, gives it a matte finish (the film is not colored). The seller mentions that the windshield, glass roof panels, headlights and taillights have also been protected with Xpel film to protect from rock chips. The included Carfax shows the E63 was sold new in Alberta and has remained registered in the province with a (Normal) since sold new. Once non-accident claim is shown on the Carfax in the amount of $392 and as the seller mentions it involved polishing a blemish that occurred on driver side fender. The twin-turbo charged (BiTurbo) 5.5L V8 engine is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission that pushes power to all four wheels. Highlights of the factory equipment include a Driver assistance package (360 degree cameras), Keyless GO, active lane keep assist, active blind spot assist, adaptive cruise control, Night package, parktronic system, etc. The E63 is being offered for sale privately with service records, a complete leather back manual, two key fobs and a set of rubber floor mats.
The exterior of the E63 as previously mentioned is protected with Xpel stealth PPF. The seller mentions that the chrome accents around the body have been wrapped gloss black to further accentuate the stealth appearance. The windows have been tinted 20% on the front and rear windows. The seller mentions that the vehicle was ceramic coated after applying the protective film in order to further protect the exterior and allow for easier cleaning. When compared to a base E-class model, the 63 S AMG features widened front and rear wheel arches, and model-specific front and rear bumper. The seller has added black diffusers under the front bumper and side skirts. The exhaust is expelled from a true-dual quad-tip exhaust system. Which the seller mentions has been upgraded by adding dual 3” Weistec cat-less downpipes. The 10-spoke 19” satin black AMG wheels are wrapped in Firestone Firehawk INDY 500 tires. The front tires measure 255/35R19 and the rears measure 285/30/R19. The seller mentions these tires were just recently installed and have approximately 90% wear remaining.
The cabin is finished in black premium leather on the seats, dash, center console and door panels. White stitching completes the seats and steering wheel with alloy “AMG” badges on the back rests. The driver and passenger seats feature heating/cooling and variable massaging. The “S” model includes white seats belts as well to tie-together the white stitching. Trimming the dash, door panels and center console is Black-ash wood trim.
The white stitched and alcantara/leather steering wheel fronts an analog/digital triple gauge cluster while alcantara is found on the roof liner as well. Driver oriented knobs in the center console allow the driver to select between four driving modes, traction control, suspension settings, and an “AMG” button. The AMG button lets the driver engage their favorite saved settings for each exhaust, suspension, throttle metric all at once. Illuminated alloy “AMG” door sills are featured in driver and passenger door jams.
The “S” model features a limited-slip differential and an increase in Hp/Tq over the non “S” model, however this E63 S has had some power upgrades added that bring it well above the factory power figures.
Powering the E63 S is a twin-turbocharged M157 5.5L V8 engine. The seller has included a dyno record from a Stage 2 ECU program tune completed on June 22nd 2021, power figures are found below. Also included in the documents section are service records from ECU program depicting a recent A/B service including an oil change, Differential/transmission fluid change, K&N air filters and a Spark plug upgrade.
