This is a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe finished in Arctic Silver Metallic (paint code #X1) over a black leather interior. This sports coupe was upgraded with a factory aerokit (Option code: XAA), which employs a GT3 style front bumper, matching side skirts, and a fixed GT3 MKI rear wing. It is powered by a 3.4-liter H6 engine paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. This vehicle was purchased by the seller approximately one year ago, and it is currently registered in British Columbia, Canada, with a clean and (Normal) status. The seller mentions he has added approx. 3K kms during his ownership period. Service records and spare parts, including the rear wiper motor assembly, a spare key, and the radio pouch and faceplate are included in the sale.

For US bidders, this 996 is importable after a compliance letter from Porsche USA has been obtained. If the highest and winning bidder is US-based the seller will acquire this letter. For more information on transport in Canada/USA and Import, please visit our Transport and Import page here.

The 911 underwent a clean sheet redesign in 1999, with a new chassis platform and a new water-cooled engine. It became longer and wider, with an exterior length of 174.5 inches and body width of 69.5 inches. This example was equipped with a factory option aerokit; upgrades include a GT3 style front bumper, deeper sill skirts, and a fixed wing paint-matching GT3 MKI spoiler. These improvements provide optimal downforce at both ends, aiding stability and grip, and also give the car a unique and impressive profile. Other options include the addition of a rear window wiper, headlamp washers, and Litronic Xenon “fried egg” shaped headlamps. These style lights share the same shape as the GT1. The car comes with upgraded 18” SportDesign wheels and Porsche 4-wheel disc brakes, and rides on 235/40R18 Continental tires at the front and 265/357R18 Michelin tires at the rear. Some noted imperfections include some curb rash, paint chipping, a crack in the passenger side marker, and a scuff above the rear 911 emblem. These are pictured in the gallery. Two insurance claims (both under $1500 CAD) are mentioned by the seller.

Four passengers can be seated inside the cabin of this 911 Carrera Coupe. Interior options include heated 2-way electrical leather sports seats, a leather and aluminium shifter, a CD compartment in the centre console, and an adjustable leather-wrapped 3-spoke steering wheel, which fronts an analog gauge cluster. This 911 also has a sliding and tilting sunroof.

The Carrera’s charcoal air filter, rear window defogger, exterior temperature display, cruise control, illuminated entry, and anti-theft alarm are standard features on this model. This 911 is also equipped with an optional active safety anti-lock braking system called Porsche Stability Management. The seller notes that the immobiliser was replaced this summer and the key remote was rendered unoperational thereafter so the car must be unlocked and locked manually.

This model 996 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe is powered by a rear-mounted, horizontally opposed, water-cooled engine. This is an all-aluminium 3.4-liter flat-6 generating 300 horsepower at 6,800 rpm and 258 lb-ft of torque at 4,600 rpm when new. It is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. This 911 is constructed with an independent suspension utilising a MacPherson strut design at the front and a multilink design at the rear. With a chassis formed of high-strength steel, the 996 is 45% stiffer and 110 lbs lighter than its 993 predecessor. The seller mentions that the brakes, rotors, water pump, spark plugs, oil separator, battery, and thermostat were recently replaced, and a transmission flush was performed. Additionally, the intermediate shaft bearing (IMS) was recently redone by LN Engineering, and a new clutch and flywheel were installed at the time.
