Description
This is a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 finished in Laguna Blue metallic paint (Paint code G7H). This Z06 is equipped with the 2LZ trim package and the Z07 Performance package. This Corvette is offered for sale privately by the original owner and it is currently registered in Alberta, Canada with a (Normal) status. The car is currently stored at the seller’s house in a heated garage in Red Deer, AB. Having travelled just 6k-kms (3.7k miles) from new, this corvette was originally a US delivered vehicle and was imported by the original selling dealer for the first owner. The included Carfax Report shows no accidents or insurance claims.
Highlights of the equipment on this Z06 include a Brembo Carbon Ceramic braking system, Competition seats with Carbon Fiber inserts, Magnetic ride control, a Transparent & removable roof panel and a 7-speed manual transmission.
The exterior of the Z06 features unique Z06 specific body work including, widened front and rear fenders, a vented rear bumper and widened front fender extensions. This example has the Z07 package which included a widened carbon composite front splitter, rear quarter panel air scoops, carbon composite side skirts and adjustable rear wing center piece.
The seller mentions that the full exterior is coated in Gtechniq ceramic coating and the entire front end, mirrors and rear side skirts partitions are wrapped in 3M protection film.
The Z06 wheels measure 19” in the front and 20” in the rear, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 285/30ZR19 in the front and 335/25/ZR20 in the rear. The interior is trimmed in Black Nappa leather on the seats, door cards, steering wheel, shift boot, center console and dashboard. This Z06 is optioned with the competition seats which feature jet black painted seat backs and carbon fiber inserts for racing harness capability.
Standard amenities include an 8” color touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, a heads-up display, a video and performance data logger, a premium Bose audio system and a drive-mode selector.
The leather and carbon trimmed steering wheel fronts a digital cluster with a 7500rpm tachometer at the center and a speedometer on the left that is toggleable between kph and mph. Power is sent from the engine to the rear wheels via a 7-speed rev-matching manual transmission.
This Z06 comes complete with two-keys, a complete factory manual and a clean Carfax.
Powering the Z06 is a 650hp Supercharged LT4 V8 engine. This engine features dry-sump lubrication and is hand built by specially trained GM employees. A plaque is featured on the front of the engine showing the builders name who assembled it. The exhaust system has valves built into it with multiple modes that vary how free-flowing the exhaust is. The seller mentions an oil change was performed at 1822kms and a record of this service is included in the gallery.
