This is a 1973 Chevrolet Bel Air finished in Beige (paint code #81) with a Brown hard top and a beige vinyl interior. This RWD Bel Air is powered by a Turbo-Fire 350-2 V8 paired to a Hydra-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission. It is currently registered in Alberta with a clean and (Normal) status and approximately 34k-miles on the odometer. This full-size 4-door sedan has been with its original owner for 45 years, who bought it new in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Produced by the American automaker Chevrolet from 1950 to 1975 in the United States, and running until 1981 in Canada, the 1973 Bel Air is a seventh generation iteration. The original registration documents, licence plate, bill of sale, and other important documents are included in the sale and pictured in the gallery.

Dual headlights frame a silver accented egg-crate grille with Chevrolet bow tie-badging, and Chevrolet script adorns the hood header panel. The chrome bumper has rubber guards and amber running lights. The rear bumper is chrome as well with two-segmented silver accented tail lights embedded within. Chevrolet script also graces the trunk lid, and Bel Air script badges are found on the fenders. Thin rubber body sill moldings run along the length of the car, and side windows are curved glass. Other notable features include the dual speed Hide-A-Way windshield wipers, and the single side mirror.
The Chevrolet Bel Air sedan is 222 inches long, 79.5 inches wide, and has a 121.5 inch wheelbase, with a curb weight of 4,266 lbs. This Bel Air is riding on 15” wheels with Chevrolet hubcaps wrapped in Michelin RoadHandler tires, 225/75R15 all around. Power brakes provide stopping power; ventilated discs at the front and finned drums at the rear.
Inside the cabin of this 1973 Bel Air are moulded foam front and rear bench seats upholstered in Beige patterned cloth and vinyl. The floor is covered in matching twisted loop cloth carpeting. The original brochure boasts of an upgraded body mounting system and a double-panel roof with a sound dampening inner lining, and “yards and yards of body insulation throughout,” reducing road noise and vibrations over previous models. A Kenwood stereo has been installed to supplement the original AM radio. Further instrumentation includes a ventilation system, defogging switch, and cigarette lighter.
The two-spoke soft rim Chevrolet steering wheel fronts an analog fuel gauge, 120 km/hr speedometer, and clock. The car is equipped with variable ratio power steering. The glove compartment is lit and a hood release is found on the inner fender liner. Four Season air conditioning controls are placed to the left of the steering column.
