Available through auction via private sale is a 2017 Camper Van with a Manufacture date of August 3 2017, produced at the Roadtrek Kitchener Ontario factory. The camper is built atop a 2017 Chevrolet Express 3500 Extended Van with Roadtrek’s 210 Popular Camper Cabin. The van is propelled by a VORTEC 6.0 Litre V8, equipped with a 145A alternator, and a 117L/31 U.S. gal. fuel tank. There is also an onboard 38L/10 U.S. gal. propane tank for the furnace, water heater, and stove. The vehicle measures 21' 11"/6.68 M long, width of 7'4"/2.14 M, height of 6'2"/1.88 M, and a wheelbase of 155"/3.94 M. This camper is well appointed, including optional factory equipment such as OnStar MyLink & GPS with a 7” touch screen and backup camera, integrated 4G LTE WiFi Hotspot for up to 7 devices, 200 Watt solar panel and 750W inverter with lithium batteries, side and rear screen doors, 24” flat screen TV, VoltStart low battery auto-starter, and swing away spare tire carrier. Additional equipment includes an LG 3D DVD/BluRay player, shore water hose, sewage drain hose, and front window sun shade. The interior is finished with Platinum/Onyx for fabric pillows, curtains and television cover, and Platinum soft leather seats and rear bed cushions, with Cherry wood veneer cabinets.
The van is finished in Silver Ice, and has multiple exterior storage bays for ample storage, featuring a slide out bay for easy access. The power-operated 3.5M/11'6" awning ensures shade and shelter during inclement weather. 16" Aluminum rims are wrapped with all-season 245/75R16 heavy duty tires installed approximately 3000 km ago, with stopping power from anti-lock (ABS) four-wheel disc brakes. Power adjustable and heated mirrors with convex corners provide a wide view of the surroundings in addition to a rear mounted reverse camera, Outside are connections for filling the 38 L/10 U.S. gal. propane tank, and 135 L/36 U.S. gal. fresh water tank, and outside shower hookup with shower nozzle. There are outlets to drain the 85 L/23 U.S. gal. grey tank, and 40 L/10 U.S. gal. black tank with a 12V macerator sewage pump. There is a 110V/30A external shore power connector.
The seller acquired the van from a selling dealer in July 2020, with a reported 1,800KM. The van now shows 21,000KM. The seller mentions there are no known accidents, and the van has never been used to tow anything. Inside the camper, you will find two captain seats up front with collapsible arm wrests, along with a single captain seat in the third row, all equipped with seatbelts for a safe journey enhanced by six interior airbags. The driver's area includes gauges for water and oil temp, battery voltage, fuel level, a speedometer in miles and kilometres, and outside temperature. A permanent bathroom is appointed with a toilet, sink, and stand-up shower. Enjoy hot showers courtesy of the 23L (6 US gal) 12,000 BTU propane water heater. At the rear of the van, two comfortable sofas effortlessly convert into a king-size bed with the push of a button. Additionally, the third-row captain seat can be transformed into a bed measuring 22" x 74" (56cm x 1.88m). A 24" television mounted on a swivel bracket is connected to the LG DVD/BluRay player with remote controls. A full set of curtains with privacy shades can be used for additional privacy. The camper is equipped with a 6-speed heavy-duty automatic transmission and a 3.42 rear axle ratio. It also features a class IV towing hitch with a capacity of 7650 lbs/3450 kg and a tongue weight of 1000 lbs/450 kg, along with a 4-way and 7-way wiring connector. Inside, there is an interior monitor panel to monitor water, propane, and battery charge levels. For safety, the camper includes smoke, propane, and CO alarms.
