The first generation Grand Cherokee is part of the ZJ lineup manufactured by Jeep from 1993 to 1998. It is currently registered in the province of BC with a Carfax showing two owners, an active and (Normal) status. The included carfax report shows no history of any accidents or insurance claims.

This top of the range Jeep Grand Cherokee features a body-coloured grille with vertical slats and square headlights centred by Jeep script on the hood. Fog lights are integrated into the lower valence.
Gold Grand Cherokee Limited and 4x4 script, along with gold pinstripes accent the side body, and the rocker panels are body coloured. Jeep and V8 badges complement the rear, which has a top-hinge window and a wiper. A three-inch low-restriction exhaust tip angles down from the right side. A sunroof and a low-profile roof rack are equipped, and the exterior mirrors are heated.
This Grand Cherokee is riding on 16” alloy wheels finished in silver and gold with Jeep centre caps, with brand-new BF Goodrich Advantage All Terrain tires, 235/70R16 on all four and disc-brakes all around.
Inside the cabin, seating for five is upholstered in black calf’s nap leather, with burled walnut wood trim accents on the doors and dash. The front seats are powered and heated with memory, and windows, mirrors, and locks are similarly powered. The rear seats fold down for increased storage, and the rear cargo area is equipped with a retractable cover.
The infotainment panel employs a 5-CD Jensen stereo with a multi-band equaliser and 10 Infinity Gold speakers with a rear roof mounted sound bar, digitised climate controls below, and a compass. Drive modes are displayed with green illumination.
A three-spoke multi-function steering wheel fronts analog instrumentation with a 7K rpm tachometer to the left, and a 240 km speedometer to the right, with auxiliary gauges surrounding. Further comfort, convenience and safety features include keyless entry, an electrochromic rearview mirror, cupholders, and console storage.
The 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is powered by a 5.2-liter V8 rated at 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque when new. This is paired with a 4-speed 46RE automatic transmission and a Dana limited-slip differential driving all four wheels. Recent service includes a brake fluid flush, front and rear brake pads and rotors, new-steering rack installed, oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation, replaced lock actuator, replaced fuel filter, and replaced front axle shaft in 2022. These service records are located in the documents gallery. A Peace-of-Mind Inspection was completed recently; everything noted was fixed at a cost of $5,600.
