Blog: 1969 Chevy C10 in Lake Country, BC

This 1969 Chevy C10 ½ ton pick-up truck is being offered by a seller in Lake Country, BC for $18,700 with 225,000 km on the odometer. 

This vehicle is completely stock. It is finished in turquoise. Fleetside trucks have a straight exterior shape and rear wheels that are contained underneath the truck bed. 

The seller purchased the C10 from a family in Swift Current, Saskatchewan 20 years ago. The original sales sticker remains on an inner door panel, pictured in the ad. This generation of Chevrolet trucks are roundly appreciated for their timeless styling and excellent build quality. 

Interior bench seats, dash, and door trim are light green and turquoise to match the exterior, accentuated by chrome cranks and handles. The original GM two-spoke steering wheel fronts an analog gauge cluster and a three-on-the-tree shifter. The metal ceiling is painted turquoise and features a turquoise rear cabin light. 

This Chevrolet C10 4x2 sends power to the rear wheels by way of a 250 cubic inch (4.1-liter) Chevy inline-6 rated at 155 horsepower. Transmission is a 3-speed manual. Suspension utilises coil springs at all four corners.
