The Chevrolet Bel Air is a full-size American muscle car produced from 1950 to 1981. It was preceded by the Fleetline and Biscayne and succeeded by the Impala. The Bel Air, in particular the third generation releases of 1953 and 1957 are emblematic of the distinctive high tail fin, two-tone look of America’s best-loved cars in the Fifties.
