SLS AMG

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is limited production GT created by the AMG division of the German automaker with the help of British race driver David Coulthard. SLS stands for “Super Light Sport.” At its unveiling in 2009 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the car was the world’s most powerful naturally aspirated production series engine, according to AMG. It is powered by a 6.2L M159 DOHC V8, generating 563 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. It is the successor to the SLR McLaren and inspired by the 300SL Gullwing.
