The Mazda RX-7 is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive, rotary engine-powered sports car produced by the Japanese automaker from 1978 to 2002 across three generations. The car was included in Car and Driver magazine’s Ten Best list five separate times. Two Mazda RX-7’s appeared in the Fast and the Furious film franchise; a 1993 RX-7 in 2 Fast 2 Furious, and a 1997 RX-7 in Tokyo Drift, hence this is a popular car for modification and street racing.
